mini-boss in a foreign land: choir girl
my officemate arnold invited me to attend berean baptist church. last september, they opened the choir to new participants. naturally, i joined.
it was the first time i wore a choir gown. and frankly, i was quite excited to try one on ;) actually, they just lent me someone else's gown.
i usually sit next to a sweet old lady named jeanette. our choir director is a funny, energetic tenor. at first, i had a hard time keeping up with them. and why not? they were sight readers after all. after a few more practices, i kinda got the hang of it. i loved singing the songs.
*sigh* i miss KB :(

hi, ate liez! =)
GOD bless...
baptist si liezl sa tate! kewl! haha :) im sure the choir is better off with ur power alto! enjoy the music. more important, enjoy ur time in the presence of the Music-maker. miss ka na namin!
haha, naaliw nga ako sa choir gown ko e :D kahit medyo mahaba. malalaki kasi mga tao dito. land of the giants ;)
di nga power alto, di ko masyadong malakasan boses ko, di kasi ako marunong mag-sight read hehe ;) may contemporary service naman yung ina-attend-an ko, though sa traditional service kami usually kumakanta. kakabitin P&W dito, medyo konti lang ang time. :(
i agree, you look nice in the choir gown. :) at least you're involved in the choir there. even if you're *not* a member. Hehehe... If the dress' color was white, your picture might be ghastly. Parang white lady... Hahaha, joke! Keep it up gurl, make music for Him! God bless.
Hey, you look very cool in the gown.
